Step One
Open Drive Mapper
Select Q Drive from the drop-down tab
Username is: the beginning of your email

If successful, it will say "Q: Drive Has Been Connected"
Step Two
After you've gotten your information back from each worker, fill in the RMTS Observation Report form
If this takes longer than one day, get ahold of the worker you're waiting on again.
If they were scheduled to be off during the Random Moment time, their code will be 29 for Social Workers, and 72 for Eligibility Workers
Step Three
After you've gotten your information back from each worker, fill in the RMTS Observation Report form
If this takes longer than one day, get ahold of the worker you're waiting on again.
If they were scheduled to be off during the Random Moment time, their code will be 29 for Social Workers, and 72 for Eligibility Workers
Step Four
Open Random Moments
Click on the gray box next to "Enter/Submit Data for a Random Moment ID Number"
Pick the appropriate file for your random moment
IM = Eligibility Workers
SS = Social Workers
Choose the date and time of your random moment
After you've filled in all of the areas with the information you received in Step Three, Double Click "Dbl-Clk to Submit" button.
If it successfully saves, a message will pop up that says "The submitted Records were copied to the ND State Network Drive."
If it doesn't say this, it's probably because you hadn't successfully completed Step One.
I like to take a screen shot of the entire page (with the date and time it was submitted in the bottom right corner of the screen) and insert that into my fillable form as proof that it was submitted. Just in case. Because ...technology.
Step Five
Either keep a hand-written tally of how many times each code was used for the quarter or create a tally counter in excel to keep track.
