Child Welfare

Eligibility

If someone ever needs you to look up their medicaid number, go to this link. They need to know their social security number. If they don't know it, they need to speak with an eligibility worker.

QSP Enrollment and Audit

QSP Enrollment/Audit is done every two years by the state. Everything I did in 2023 is in a folder/document in the Google Drive.
DO NOT DELETE IT unless it has been moved somewhere else.

GA Notice

When you get a GA/Probate notice in the mail, look up the person's name in the General Assistance excel sheet on the desktop.
If you don't find their name, mark the notice as "No GA" and put it in the bottom drawer of the #2 filing cabinet
If you DO find their name, you'll need to locate their GA file in the back, scan it, and send it to Wade Enget (Mountrail County State's Attorney) and Desiree.

I've included a map so you can (hopefully) find files a little easier!
