Note About the Link

NOTE: Unlike the previous two projects, I did not deploy my visualization to Shiny because of some issues with mapview and tigris, so the only way to access this project is to go to my Github repository (the link for that is in the Source Code tab in the dropdown menu for Project 3) and run it on RStudio or a local server which supports mapview, tigris, and Shiny. I HIGHLY recommend you use RStudio for this because it is where I wrote all the source code and loaded in the data file. If you do not have either R or RStudio, links for those are also in the Source Code tab.
