Campaign Statement: 

As a proud and dedicated member of the Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale, I am both humbled and exhilarated to accept the nomination for the position of Board Member at Large. With boundless enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to our shared mission, I enthusiastically embrace this opportunity. I firmly believe that my dedication to women's empowerment, unwavering leadership, and my commitment for membership growth align seamlessly with the values and mission of MKFF.

I have been a member of the Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale since 2014. I have been an active member of the membership, social, special event, and parade committee. I am a member of the MKFF Choir and MKFF Cherchez LaFemme. I have been under the following Lieutenants, Olivette, Lisa Crinel, Sean McClarty, which I served as a Co-Lieutenant for 6 years. I am currently serving as Co-Lieutenant of LaFemme Classique under Shannon Young. I have been instrumental in organizing all our Krewe events and assisting with parade day activities. 

Throughout my journey as a member, I have steadfastly advocated for women's empowerment. I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of offering women equal opportunities and unwavering support, and I am wholeheartedly committed to extending this devotion within the ranks of MKFF. As a nominee for Board Member at Large, my pledge is to be a voice for the members by bridging the gap between leadership and membership. I will ensure that every member, including newcomers, feels not only valued but truly empowered to chase their loftiest aspirations. 

Leadership is not merely a trait but a fundamental essence of my being. My time as a member has allowed me to showcase my natural ability to inspire and guide others. My leadership ethos is one of inclusivity, where every voice, every perspective, is cherished and heeded. It is this inclusive approach that engenders unity and belonging, qualities that I am thrilled to continue infusing into MKFF as we embark on new horizons. Leadership alone cannot fuel an organization's ascendancy; it's the growth of our membership that will propel MKFF to greater heights. My innate warmth and a penchant for making newcomers feel, not only welcome, but treasured have already attracted kindred spirits who share our zeal for empowering women. It's my ardent dedication to MKFF's mission that will continue to magnetize fresh faces, breathing vitality into our organization. 

I am profoundly honored by the nomination, and I am inspired by the opportunity to serve as a Board Member at Large within the ranks of MKFF. I am excited to collaborate with the exceptional individuals who make our organization truly extraordinary. Thank you for considering my nomination.
