Campaign Statement: 

I am Danielle Moses, a member of the Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale (MKFF) since 2014, drawn by the opportunity to fellowship, empower, and celebrate alongside fellow black women. Now vying for the position of Chairwoman of the Board, my journey as the current Parliamentarian has fortified my capabilities and knowledge to step into this role. 

My commitment encompasses: 

-Collaboratively crafting purposeful agendas with the president and adhering to them. - Facilitating productive meetings.
- Ensuring active engagement of every board member in deliberations.
- Upholding appropriate voting procedures in line with our organization's bylaws.
- Managing disruptive behavior during meetings.
- Encouraging broader involvement of general membership in committees and MKFF.
- Exercising an impartial Chairwomanship. 

With my background in interpreting bylaws, standard operating procedures, and overseeing meetings, I envision further enriching our leadership through comprehensive training for all MKFF roles. As Chairwoman, I pledge to embrace diverse perspectives and thoroughly consider various viewpoints and options in decision-making. Above all, I'll unify the board, fostering collaboration and cohesion among individual members to achieve our collective vision.
