The Manual Arts building (15.4mtrs x 9.760mtrs)is in dire need of a replacement. It has a leaking roof, with decrepit walls. The cement floor is fretting and a section needs completion. There are no windows and the inside walls are severely damaged.

Recommendation:

Replace this building with a 18mtr x 10mtr workshop with lean-to to park the school tractor and trailer. The cement floor can be repaired and painted

· Gas bottles and oxy acetylene kit with extension hoses and gauges

· 3 x Arc welding machine (160amp min) with 1.5mm / 2.5mm / 3.2mm GP rods

· Associated PPE (helmets, long leather gloves, overalls, safety glasses, safety boots)

· Engineers chalk
