1 Classroom Renovate

This building (25.5mtr x 6.15mtr) consist of two classrooms (English and Maths), and are timber frame built of vertical timber planked walls with paint well worn. The building has cement floors with inside wall cladding nonexistent or severely damaged. No power or lighting. Student benches decrepit. Windows are nonexistent. Blackboard is in use. No veranda.

Recommendations:

· Replace roof sheeting, insulation and add guttering and stormwater downpipes

· Paint outside walls

· Install a 1.8mtr veranda using steel "C" channel and 150x35mm wooden planks teck screwed down

· Replace inside wall cladding and paint

· Install louver fittings and glass windows (150mm width) or with clear plastic rolls.

· Paint floor and walls

· Supply and install 12volt solar power panel and 12v-240v power converter for lighting and powering of equipment
