Heith is a seasoned high school principal who is still a coach at heart.  Known as Coach Yearwood to his former players, he enjoys building relationships with those he has mentored over the years.

Heith began his teaching career as a social science teacher and coach.  He has been serving as a school administrator since 2004.

In 2012 Heith and his wife Amanda embarked on their first international mission trip.  After spending time in Africa, Heith came back to Alabama with a new perspective on missions.  His desire became to be more aware of the need for God in his own community.

Amanda is a high school counselor at the same school as her husband, Heith.  School is the "family business."

As Heith's wife and biggest fan, she has served in a supporting role as his ball team bookkeeper and ministry partner.

In the beginning of Amanda's career she served as a special education teacher.  She has been serving as a professional school counselor since 2005.  In 2014 and again in 2020, Amanda was selected as the Alabama Secondary School Counselor of the Year.

Amanda and her husband Heith are parents to two children, Blake and Bailee, who are now young adults.
