About Me

Hello, and welcome to my teacher portfolio- Let's Talk Teacher. My name is Miss Teagan Cuvelier, I am 23 years young, and graduated from Brandon University with two degrees. In April of 2021, I graduated with an Arts Degree. I have a major in Psychology (second teachable) and a minor in English (first teachable). With the completion of my Arts degree, I then enrolled in the Early Years stream of the Bachelor of Education After Degree Program, to pursue my goal of becoming a teacher. I graduated from the Bachelor of Education After Degree Program with the Class of 2023. 

I have worked with many children in a variety of roles over the past 10 years of my life. I have loved working with children through babysitting, volunteering, coaching, working at a Daycare and in the classroom during student teaching as well as subbing. 

I grew up, and still reside in the small town of Killarney, Manitoba, where I attended school from Kindergarten all the way to my graduating year in 2017. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as they are most important to me.

Ice-cream: Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in a Waffle Cone

Drink: Iced Salted Caramel Macchiato 

Season: Fall

Activities: I enjoy spending most of my time outdoors whether it be, hiking, camping, boating, quadding or going for walks. 

I look forward to seeing what the future holds. I am excited to have my own classroom to foster relationships with my students and create a positive atmosphere where I can nourish the mind of my future students. I'm excited to share my love for education with others.
