Key Communication Concepts

I have worked for D&D Linen Supply in West Haven Connecticut for over four years. D&D specializes in the distribution and promotion of exclusive linens to professional event coordinators and facility owners. Working as a customer service representative and human resource facilitator it is mandatory that I practice notable interpersonal communication skills to satisfy the needs of the clients and company.

The letter written by my manager, Jake Sabato, indicates that I am capable of enforcing the key communication concepts I have learned during my years as a communication major at Southern Connecticut State University. It shows my ability to reach out and focus on how to balance the needs of both the consumers as well as my company, the supplier. I am successful at doing this by taking advantage of the key communication concepts I have learned and collected during my time at SCSU.
