Interpersonal Conflict in Communication investigates how conflict affects interaction and relational maintenance. This course taught me about the different kinds of conflict depending on the environment and relationships shared between people. It also provided diverse ways to deal with conflict so it does not negatively impact communication within a specific relationship. It gave us understandings of other people’s points of views as well as solutions to the conflict.

I chose this piece of work, because it shows what I have learned in this course. This artifact provides examples of resolution skills I have learned throughout the course, and how it can help me communicate through conflicts. It also shows my strongest approach to conflict management, and how I can use this approach to resolve future conflicts.This self-reflective assignment validates my ability to recognize and come up with different ways to approach communication problems within different personal relationships.
