PROJECT 1: GUEST INQUIRY AUTOMATION WITH GOOGLE FORMS, AIRTABLE, AND ZAPIER

I automated BrightStay Apartments’ guest inquiry workflow to eliminate manual data entry and ensure every lead received a timely acknowledgement.

The objective was to capture Google Form submissions automatically, store guest information in a central Airtable database, and trigger personalised confirmation emails with dynamic response timelines.

What the Project Involved

I built an automated workflow using Zapier that connected Google Forms, Airtable, and email services to streamline lead handling.

Each new form submission automatically created a structured Airtable record and triggered a conditional email response. The system dynamically calculated a five-day response window and inserted it into personalised acknowledgement messages sent only to eligible recipients.

This replaced a fully manual process with a consistent, real-time automation pipeline.

PROJECT 2: LEAD SYNC AUTOMATION WITH GOOGLE SHEET, GOOGLE CONTACTS, AIRTABLE WITH ZAPIER

I built a multi-step automation workflow to synchronize lead data across Google Sheets, Google Contacts, and Airtable, ensuring accurate contact management and eliminating duplicate manual updates.

The objective was to automatically create or update contacts, maintain a centralized lead database, and track engagement status in real time.

What the Project Involved

I designed an automation system using Zapier that monitored lead records in Google Sheets and synchronized them with Google Contacts and Airtable.

When a lead marked as pending was added or updated, the system automatically checked for existing records, created or updated contacts accordingly, and ensured consistent data across platforms. It also updated the original spreadsheet to reflect engagement status once contacts were processed.

This created a reliable cross-platform workflow that reduced duplication and maintained clean, synchronised lead records.
