PROJECT 1: DATA IMPORT AND AUTOMATED CALCULATIONS IN AIRTABLE

I completed a structured data migration and optimisation project that involved importing a multi-column Excel dataset into Airtable and transforming it into a clean, functional database.

The objective was to ensure accurate field formatting, enable automated calculations, and improve data usability through structured formulas.

What the Project Involved

I imported a dataset of 100 records from Excel into an Airtable base and configured each column with the appropriate field type to ensure a clean data structure and usability.

Special attention was given to key fields such as full names, pricing, and quantities. I implemented custom formula fields to automatically extract first names from full name entries and calculate total transaction amounts based on unit price and quantity.

This created a well-structured Airtable database capable of supporting automated data processing and reporting.

PROJECT 2: CUSTOMER ON-BOARDING MANAGEMENT APP IN AIRTABLE

I designed and built a customer onboarding management application using Airtable to streamline how a B2B SaaS company tracks new client onboarding.

The objective was to create a clean, easy-to-use system that centralised customer information, tracked onboarding progress, and supported internal collaboration without relying on external tools.

What the Project Involved

I developed a structured Airtable base to manage customer onboarding data, onboarding stages, assigned responsibilities, and supporting documents.

An Airtable Interface was created to support both customer data intake and internal tracking. The interface included a customer-facing form for onboarding submissions and an internal dashboard that provided visibility into onboarding status, tasks, and next steps.

Basic automations were implemented to trigger status updates and reminders, while filtered views and grouped layouts allowed the team to monitor progress by stage, ownership, and timelines. The system was designed for clarity and ease of use so that team members could update records without technical complexity.
