I built an automated email outreach system that connected Google Sheets and email services using Make to eliminate manual sending and ensure consistent follow-up with new contacts.
The goal was to create a simple workflow that automatically sends a personalised email when a new contact is added to a spreadsheet, while preventing duplicate sends.

I designed an automation workflow that monitored a Google Sheet for new contact entries and triggered personalised email delivery through Gmail or a business email account.
The system included automated contact detection, dynamic email generation, delivery tracking, and safeguards to prevent duplicate messaging. Additional filters and timing controls were implemented to ensure targeted outreach and staggered sending.
This created a reliable, low-maintenance outreach pipeline that reduced manual effort and improved communication consistency.

PROJECT 2: AUTOMATION SET-UP BETWEEN GO-HIGH LEVEL, GOOGLE SHEET AND GMAIL USING MAKE.COM
I developed an automated lead management workflow that connected GoHighLevel with Google Sheets and email services using Make to streamline lead tracking and immediate customer engagement.
The objective was to automatically log new leads into a central database and trigger a personalised welcome email as soon as they reached a specific stage in the sales pipeline.

I built an automation system using a webhook trigger inside a Make scenario to capture real-time lead activity from GoHighLevel and sync it into Google Sheets for structured tracking.
When a lead entered the designated pipeline stage, the webhook triggered the Make workflow to automatically record the lead’s details and send a personalised welcome email. This created a seamless bridge between lead capture, data organisation, and instant customer communication.
The system ensured accurate data transfer, faster response times, and a fully automated onboarding experience for new prospects.
