PROJECT 1: CONTACTS DATA MIGRATION FROM CSV TO GO-HIGH LEVEL
I managed a structured data migration project that involved transferring contact records from CSV into GoHighLevel while preserving data accuracy and field integrity.
The objective was to ensure a clean, error-free migration that allowed the client to immediately use their CRM without data inconsistencies.
I imported a dataset of 30 contacts from CSV into GoHighLevel and carefully mapped each field to the appropriate CRM properties.
The migration process focused on maintaining data consistency, validating field alignment, and ensuring that all contact information was accurately transferred. Post-import checks were conducted to confirm that records were complete and usable within the GoHighLevel environment.
This created a reliable CRM foundation for ongoing lead and customer management.

PROJECT 2: LEAD CAPTURE FUNNEL AND AUTOMATION SET-UP IN GO-HIGH LEVEL
I built a streamlined lead capture and automation system inside GoHighLevel, designed to convert website visitors into organized CRM opportunities instantly.
The goal was to create a mobile-first form experience and a fully automated backend workflow that ensures every new lead is tagged, tracked, assigned, and followed up on without manual intervention.
I configured a custom lead form/survey to collect essential contact details, including name, email, international phone number, source attribution, and additional notes.
On submission, I designed a workflow automation that immediately processes the lead by applying tags, generating opportunities in the sales pipeline, assigning ownership, and triggering multi-channel notifications.
The system ensures fast internal visibility while delivering a professional confirmation message to the lead.
