PROJECT 1: CRM SET-UP AND SALES AUTOMATION USING MONDAY.COM
This project was to design and implement a simple but structured CRM system in Monday to help a sales team organise contacts, manage leads, and track opportunities in one central workspace.
The goal was to replace scattered tracking methods with a streamlined system that improved visibility, accountability, and follow-up consistency across the sales pipeline.
I built a customised CRM environment consisting of interconnected boards, automations, and a performance dashboard.
The system included:
A Contacts board to manage client information and communication history
A Leads board to track new prospects and their progression through the sales pipeline
An Opportunities board to monitor active deals and revenue stages
Automated workflows for lead assignment, reminders, and status updates
A CRM dashboard for real-time sales insights and performance tracking
The result was a structured, easy-to-use CRM that reduced manual tracking and improved team coordination.

PROJECT 2: LOAN APPLICATION WORKFLOW USING MONDAY.COM
I worked with a loan originator to design an automated workflow system in Monday to manage loan applications from submission to completion.
The goal was to eliminate manual data entry, centralise application tracking, and create a structured process that guided each loan through clear operational steps.
What the project involved:
This project involved designing a structured loan management pipeline in Monday that automated the journey of each application from submission to final decision.
I first defined the full loan lifecycle and translated it into a clear operational workflow, establishing structured stages from application intake to funding or closure. Based on this framework, I built a central Loan Applications board to serve as the single source of truth, capturing applicant data, loan details, ownership, and timelines.
To eliminate manual data entry, I designed a Typeform application form aligned with the board structure that connected to Monday using Make to transfer application data and trigger structured task processes automatically.
I then created a subitem task framework that automatically generated step-by-step processing tasks for every new application. These tasks guided officers through reviews, document collection, underwriting, approvals, and funding activities, ensuring consistency across cases.
Smart automations were implemented to assign responsibilities, schedule due dates, trigger reminders, and notify relevant teams based on status changes. Timeline scheduling features were added to monitor workflow progress and flag stalled applications.
