Senior Night is a special ceremony at the football game at Central Campus Stadium. Marching Band and Color Guard seniors and their parents are invited to the field for recognition by the Boosters. Each senior receives a flower, card, and small gift from the Boosters to celebrate their musical accomplishments.
Parents, friends, and family are invited to the Central Campus stadium at 8:45pm for a special sneak peek of the Field Show! Boosters will have some Field Show merch for sale, in addition to Band decals & magnets. Cash or check preferred.
Our communities are invited to Band Night at MCHS Central Campus football stadium to enjoy some delicious options from local food trucks before heading into the stadium for a combined musical performance with the Junior High band students and a sneak peek at the MCHS Marching Band Field Show.
Food Trucks will open around 5pm with the performance beginning at 7pm. Field Show spirit wear will be available for purchase before the performance as well as tickets for the fundraising raffle sponsored by the Band Boosters.
Food truck prices vary, depending on available options. There is no charge to enjoy the performance.
Band Boosters will be pulling the winning tickets for the raffle after the performance.
Winners need not be present to win.
Band and guard students are invited to the popular annual event, Hot Cocoa Night. This student social event allows students to enjoy snacks and hot chocolate while listening to the seniors give speeches about their Marching Band experience and celebrate the ending of their last High School Marching Band season.
This event will take place from 6-8pm at Central Cafetorium.
Students can sign up to bring a snack to share.
Drop off for donations:
Non-refrigerated items can be dropped off during rehearsal on the day of Hot Cocoa Night in the band room starting after the parade or at the Cafetorium circle drive off Wabena from 4-5pm. Refrigerated items can be dropped off at the Cafetorium circle drive off Wabena from 5-6pm.
Any items left over from this evening will either be distributed among the students at the end of the evening if they are perishable or saved for other band events.
This special benefit event recognizes our Seniors, shares memories of the year in Band, and allows our band family to enjoy desserts and raffles, while raising funds for the next season!
