Band Camp is required for ALL Marching Band members, including Color Guard. Band Camp is hard work, but it's also really fun! Band Boosters are there every day, providing water and Gatorade. Please consider volunteering in CutTime. We do need parents to help, especially with the morning camp times.
2025 Band Camp takes place July 28 and August 4-8 (Week 2). Students will be practicing in the mornings every day, Monday through Friday, from 8am-12pm. Evening Band Camp is 6pm-9pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only*.
*Friday, August 1 is a fun night which ends at 10pm.
*Monday, August 4 is a fun night at Morris Pool. Pick up time will be approximately 10:30pm. DO NOT PARK IN THE BUS LANE AT PICKUP.
To promote camaraderie within the sections, each section is assigned a color. Students will receive a complimentary bandana in their section color.

Any balance can be paid by credit in CutTime or via check. If paying by check, please make sure it's labeled with your student's name and placed in the black box in the band room.
Band Camp fees cover the costs of Marching Band, including such things as:
Band Camp
Marching App
Marching Health program
Marching Band supplies
other Marching Band expenses
If you have questions about fees or are not able to pay in full by the due date, please reach out to the treasurer, Diedra Goddard. Band Boosters are happy to answer questions and work with you to have a successful program for the students!
