Nashville/Memphis 2025 band Trip

It's official! MCHS Band will be traveling via Coach bus to Nashville & Memphis in Spring of 2025! The trip is scheduled to take place March 20-24, 2025.  

What are the costs?

Students         $1,335.00 (all students in quad occupancy)

Chaperones   Double- $1,579.00            Single- $2,069.00

(Please do not register as a chaperone at this time. If you are interested in chaperoning, please send an email stating your interest to the directors, Mr. Adelmann & Mr. Curatolo.)

Registration Deadline July 5, 2024   (extended until further notice.  Please register asap!)          

• July 19, 2024         16.67% of trip cost + Enhanced Insurance Premium (REQUIRED) per traveler

• August 23, 2024       16.67% of trip cost per traveler

• September 20, 2024      16.67% of trip cost per traveler

• October 18, 2024         16.67% of trip cost per traveler

• November 15, 2024       16.67% of trip cost per traveler

• January 31, 2025             Remaining Balance

Applying Student Account to payments

To request payment for the trip using your student's account, you must fill out this form no later than 1 week BEFORE the payment due date. You can see the current amount in your student's account via the CutTime link you receive in texts or emails. Paid volunteer opportunities are also available in the CutTime link.  Be sure to read the descriptions before registering to volunteer.
