For the success of a leader, compassion is an important factor contributing to the reputation of the leader. Rarely is a leader who actively talks about compassion because it is considered a 'passion for the job' attribute. But in practice, if you want to give employees enthusiasm, use them as leverage to create a comfortable environment for employees, especially teamwork for long-term results. Compassion is what you give people, it affects how you recognize and show your beliefs that what people matter.
To nurture compassion:
Coach frequently:
Governance is the process of helping others to succeed, more specifically helping them reach a position where they can achieve success. How to lead them to success? Give them instructions. That will be when compassion ignites the fire of enthusiasm that will lead you to success.
Put people first:
First, find a way to turn concepts into action. Putting people first, it is necessary to set up a friendly personnel management policy for cases of sick leave, maternity leave, or taking care of the sick and need reasonable benefits and rewards.
Support volunteerism:
Let everyone know that you or your organization will devote your time and energy to community activities. Maybe it's an activity for local schools, a charity house for the homeless, or some other supportive activity.
Compassion needs to be nurtured from within. It wouldn't be compassionate if you never did anything for anyone.
