It is over. The dust has settled and now you are at the end of the road. Or... are you? Wouldn't it be better to just move on with our lives?
While it may seem trivial, reflective practice is a critical skill for leaders in enriching and exploiting our tacit knowledge. That is, the knowledge that is difficult to describe and express, and is how our abilities and professional capacity are developed through our experiences. We use our tacit knowledge on a daily basis, often without being aware of it.
