Hi, I'm Breanna, I work as a pediatric surgical RN at the only children's hospital in NL, the Janeway. I will be starting my new position as a float between NICU/surgery/medicine in September and I am looking forward to obtaining some critical care experience! I will finish my Masters of Nursing this December and I strive to teach at the BN nursing school here in St. John's eventually in pediatrics, mental health or leadership!
Hi, I'm Katie and I live, work, and enjoy life outdoors on Vancouver Island. I graduated with my BSN from Vancouver Island University in 2018 and I've held a variety of nursing roles. My latest is as an RN on the Enhanced Discharge Team at my local regional hospital as a member of an interdisciplinary team that supports clients with complex discharge needs and lengthy stays from hospital to home. I look forward to the opportunities that completion of the Masters in Nursing will provide.
Hi, I'm Razinah. I graduated with my BSN from Langara College in 2016. Since then I have worked in a variety of areas. I worked on a cardiac unit, travel nursed in Australia, worked at a global telehealth company, and now work as a Program Coordinator at a college. This role has really challenged me to exercise my leadership skills.
Hi, my name is Stephanie Cooper. I am a graduate of Trent University, completing my BScN in 2008. I have nursed throughout several hospitals around southern Ontario and have settled into my role as Clinical Resource Nurse at the Brant Community Healthcare System. Having worked in a variety of area's I have found being a Clinical Resource Nurse to be my most challenging role yet. I am thrilled and excited to see where this journey will take me with the current education of a Masters in Nursing through my role and into deeper leadership roles.
Hi, I'm Travis. I currently reside in Australia and work as the Engagement Officer, Partnerships & Implementation for Emerging Minds: National Workforce Centre for Child Mental Health; a national workforce development initiative that develops mental health policy, online training for health and mental health professionals of all kinds, and ultimately to improve mental health outcomes for infants, children, adolescents, and their families. I completed my degree at the University of Guelph in 2020 in International Development: Political Economy and Administrative Change, with a minor in Physics, following a semester abroad at the University of Adelaide.
