Atomoxetine, hypertensive drugs
Atomoxetine may increase more the blood pressure. Atomoxetine should be used cautiously with pressor agents.
Cinnarizine, hypertensive drugs
The co-administration may decrease the antihypotensive effect

Patients taking medicinal products known to affect blood pressure should be closely monitored during treatment with clofarabine
Clonidine, hypertensive drugs
The co-administration of clonidine and hypertensive drugs may decrease the hypotensive effect of clonidine

The co-administration may decrease the hypertensive effect

Desmopressin may increase the hypertensive effect

In case of persistent hypertension or exacerbations of pre-existing hypertension, patients should be treated for hypertension as per current clinical guidelines.
