The institute offers degree course i.e. BDS and admissions to the course shall be done on the basis of merit/ranks obtained in NEET UG (BDS). The eligibility to apply for course in BDS requires pass in class 12th examination with Physics/Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English as core subjects. No other entrance tests scores shall be used for admitting students and NEET UG shall remain the single window entrance test for admission to BDS course. However, as per KEA online admission counselling, candidates should also be registered under CET through the official website.
BDS Eligibility: Pass in HSC or equivalent in medical stream with minimum 50% marks. (40% in case of reserved category candidates)
Candidates appearing in class 12 final examination in 2020 are also eligible to apply provided they fulfil eligibility criteria upon declaration of results.
The candidates must score more than or equal to minimum cut-off NEET 2020 in order to appear for counselling process.
The minimum required aggregate is 50% for General category candidates and 40% in case of reserved category candidates.
A candidate who has passed the qualifying examination in compartment of 2020 shall not be eligible for admission.
At the postgraduate level, the institute offers Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) degree, a three-year post graduate program recognized by Dental Council of India, in 9 specializations.
Candidates should have studied BDS course from colleges recognized by Dental Council of India. They should also be registered under DCI and State Council. Candidates should have completed or complete ‘Compulsory Rotating Internship’ on or before March 31, 2020.
MDS Eligibility: BDS degree from an institute recognized by DCI.
Candidates seeking admissions must appear in NEET MDS and register for Online Combined Centralized Counselling conducted by KEA. Also, candidates must register for PGET through the official website of KEA.
As per the eligibility criteria prescribed in PGET rules, the candidates who have completed the BDS course in Karnataka are eligible subject to their qualification in NEET MDS.

Candidates are required to register in order to obtain an application ID and Password by providing mandatory details.
The same login credentials should be used to complete the registration process.
Candidates need to upload a scanned copy of recent passport size Color Photograph and Signature.
For BDS: Candidates have to take the printout of the Challan copy and must submit it along with a registration fee of INR 650 (for General and OBC candidates) and INR 500 (for SC / ST Category-1). The fee can be remitted at any of the branch of specified Banks / e-Post Office.
For MDS: Candidates have to submit an application fee of INR 1000 (INR 500 in case of SC / ST / Cat?I of Karnataka) via Bank Challan or through online (internet banking / debit card /credit card)
Upon completion of registration candidates shall take part in online counselling that involves verification of documents, choice filling and payment of admission fees.
