Hey guys,

Hope you've been keeping safe and healthy and don't mind me attaching you all in the same email.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your support, effort and going above and beyond any teacher/lecturer I've ever had to make my time at uni the best it could be.

I started uni in a really bad place, first and second years were particularly tough and I was always thinking of dropping out, wasn't sure if it was the right thing for me. But I slowly managed to get my mental health on track and finished the course which is a ***** miracle. If it wasn't for the support from you guys' in particular, I wouldn't have just finished with a 2:1 (or at all), which I'm super chuffed with.

This isn't to single anyone out, the whole Media Prod. team has been amazing and fun to work with, but I just wanted to pass on an additional thank you to you three, who have always taken the extra time to chat about anything, staying on longer after lectures, and always offered any advice and support you have to give. This never went unnoticed by any of the class.

I have a clear direction of where I want to be in the future, what to work towards and this was constantly iterated even during our first weeks at uni, so for that I can't thank you and the whole team enough.

Thanks for all the help and guidance over the past three years.

You’re right, the year I’ve spent in Media Production has been so valuable and I’ve learnt a lot from it. The course had helped me figure out what I want to be doing and I will be able to use some of those skills I gained and apply them to my music. I’ve honestly had a great time and I’m glad I was able to spend the year doing this course. Thanks for the opportunity.

I’m a third year media production student and I wanted to email you to inform you about our lecturers.

Paul Mallison, Paul Appleby, Viv Mainwaring and Lyndon Jones have been nothing but supportive during this weird and unprecedented time. The four of them constantly getting in contact with all of us, offering us support and guidance where needed and going out of their way to ensure that we are all happy and content, as well as we can be during these times.

I just wanted to email you, so you are aware of how amazing the media production lecturers are being at this time, for every single one of us, on our final year in Media Production.
