This parable is generally understood as the parable of grace. It reveals that in worldly business compensation is given according to that which one earns. But in the parable, Christ illustrates that His Kingdom is not governed by any human standard. This point is forcibly set forth by the Householder who pays the laborers the same wage whether they have worked one hour or all day. The purpose of our study today, however, is to look deeper into the message of this parable “to sink the shaft deeper into the mine of truth.” Right Spirit Essential.--Brethren, we must sink the shaft deep in the mine of truth. You may question matters with yourselves and with one another, if you only do it in the right spirit; but too often self is large, and as soon as investigation begins, an unchristian spirit is manifested. This is just what Satan delights in, but we should come with a humble heart to know for ourselves what is truth. {CW 41.4}
God intends that, even in this life, truth shall be ever unfolding to His people. There is only one way in which this knowledge can be obtained. We can attain to an understanding of God's word only through the illumination of that Spirit by which the word was given. "The things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God;" "for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." And the Saviour's promise to His followers was: "When He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth. . . . For He shall receive of Mine, and shall show it unto you." {5T 703.2}

The study concerning The Great Image of Daniel 2 is a common and generally understood portion of Scripture. It reveals to us through symbols and figures the world’s history from the days of king Nebuchadnezzar ‘till the close of time. Nevertheless, our focus will be centered on that portion of the king’s vision, which is not normally discussed.
Most SDA.s are aware of the establishment of the kingdom of glory but believe it begins with Christ 2nd advent and continues to the New Earth. Although God.s kingdom of glory includes the millennium and the New Earth, the Scriptures clearly reveal that it will begin partially before the 2nd advent. The object of this study is to establish this and show how, why, and where his kingdom will be established.
This symbolization of the Old and New Testament church shows that although the 12 tribes of Israel and Judah were dispersed, that now in this last period of the church, God is to gather together the outcast of Judah and the remnant of Israel by a revival and reformation.

The study on the Harvest of Matt. 13 is to give us a clearer understanding of when the harvest is to take place and what is to happen to the wheat and tares at the time of the harvest. Who are the wheat and the tares? Who does the sowing and who does the reaping?
These questions we need to examine for a better understanding of the harvest.
This study reveals that the ancient harvest rites/ceremonies pointed forward to the work of the gospel, including the last great harvest of our time. Our study will concentrate on three harvest feasts/ceremonies. They are called the feasts of :

The book of Ezekiel has remained one of the most symbolic and difficult to understand of all the books of the Bible. Anciently, the Hebrew forbids anyone under the age of 30 to read it. This book has baffled and confounded scholars and theologians since it was written (597-588 B.C.) and has remained so until the latter days when “ knowledge shall increase” and an understanding should arise in God’s appointed way. This study will reveal a special 430 years prophecy and the meaning of this probationary period of time and its special significance to the SDA church in history.

It reveals the cases of every generation from Adam up to the crucial events that mark the opening of the Judgment for the living.

An intense comparative study will be performed on this subject to see exactly what is been taught from the Codes, the Brethren, and the Rod. It must first be understood that Tr. #14 was published in 1943, and 2TG. # 41 in 1949 where as, according to the Code, the sermon in 12 SC #1 was delivered in 1942 and in 13 SC #’s 3, 4, 1940. The unrolling of the scroll principle will be applied.

Great blessings are enfolded in the observance of the Sabbath, and God desires that the Sabbath day shall be to us a day of joy… He desires that the Sabbath shall direct our minds to Him as the true and living God, and that through knowing Him we may have life and peace. 6T 349.
As the Sabbath was the sign that distinguished Israel when they came out of Egypt to enter the earthly Canaan, so it is the sign that now distinguishes God’s people as they come out from the world to enter the heavenly rest. The Sabbath is a sign of the relationship existing between God and His people, a sign that they honor His law. It distinguishes between His loyal subjects and transgressors.
To us (Seventh-day Adventist – the Israel of today, 9T 164) as to Israel the Sabbath is given “for a perpetual covenant.” To those who reverence His holy day the Sabbath is a sign that God recognizes them His covenant. Every soul who accepts the signs of God’s government places himself under the divine, everlasting covenant. He fastens himself to golden chain of obedience, every link of which is a promise. 6T 350.
Heart of the Message:
Why study Theodicy? What is Theodicy? What is its relation with the kingdom restored? Is God restoring a kingdom? Which kingdom – kingdom after the millennium or the pre-millennial kingdom? How it is related with our heavenly home?
In order to explain why there is evil and suffering in the world, Christians usually turn to the first book of the Bible (Genesis). There we read about how Adam and Eve disobeyed God's command not to eat from the fruit of the tree, which was at the centre of the Garden of Eden. The consequences of doing so were believed to have had dramatic consequences for the world, and everyone (and everything) in it. Genesis chapter 1 and 2 tell us that originally humans and the world were created perfect. But when the first humans disobeyed God's command not to eat fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, their relationship with God, the world and other humans changed forever. Genesis chapter 3 describes these events, which are also known as the Fall.
