Stillness Meditation Period
Meares taught Stillness Meditation up until his passing. It involves:
complete physical relaxation,
experiencing the relaxation through our whole being (body AND mind),
the lessening of effortless relaxation allows the mind to slow down and then become still,
while in very slight (!) discomfort, plus
Letting the effect of this meditation flow on through daily life (ie living calm and at ease).
