There are 3 fees:
Our examination fee covers the cost of the physical exam, a sight test, the photo and electronic transmission of the medical file to IRCC.
The X-ray fee required for ages 11 years of age and older - is $55.00 (Debit or Credit is accepted)
The Lab fee is required for ages 15 years of age and older - approximately $30.00 (Debit or Credit is accepted)
Examination fees are paid by CASH ONLY. We do not have the ability to accept debit/credit cards. The fee depends on age and detail involved:
Children 14 years and younger - $140.00
15-59 Years - $190.00
60-74 Years - $200.00
75 + Years - $250.00. This is due to extra forms that need to be completed during the exam.
We do NOT deal with insurance companies however you can submit the payment receipt if you have insurance cover for the exam. It is up to you to check if the exam is covered by your insurance. We CANNOT bill OHIP for any immigration-related exams.
