Booking An Appointment - Process and Forms

Medical Examinations are booked by appointment only via email at mcdonaghimmigrationservices@gmail.com.   

Client Experience Class (CEC) clients are permitted to submit a letter with their application indicating that they have an IME appointment booked and they do not have to wait for proof that the IME was completed in order to submit their application.

Temporary Resident to Permanent Resident Pathway (TR to PR Pathway) is a limited time pathway to permanent residence for qualifying temporary residents and their families.  Clients that have work experience in Canada in an essential occupation, the health or health services field, or have recently graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution might be able to apply for permanent residence. Clients that have previously completed an IME may NOT require a new IME for this stream ONLY and are asked to submit any documentation they have regarding the previous IME to IRCC.  Otherwise, clients that have never had a previous IME are instructed to proceed with an upfront medical exam.
