Social Inclusion Books

Thanks to a generous Social Inclusion grant from Manhattan Beach Education Foundation (MBEF), MBMS has added books supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion to the library print collection.

Please contact the MBMS Librarian (comeara@mbusd.org) to check-out and pick-up these titles.

Social Inclusion seeks to include all persons regardless of any dividing factors and acknowledges the importance of acceptance, diversity, love, friendship, kindness, equality, and inclusion for all individuals and groups in society.

The MBMS Library continues to build its collection including titles promoting Social Inclusion so that students and staff have access to works featuring this important concept.
