Our project - The girls decided that it would be helpful for our neighborhood to have a food resource for the people affected by the pandemic. They decided to construct and install a 'little free pantry'. St. John's church(11000 National Blvd) very graciously allowed us to host the pantry on their premises and a troop dad helped the girls with the construction. The girls have worked very hard over the summer and the pantry is now installed on Clover Ave, right across the street from Clover Elementary. They did everything from meeting with the church elders for permission, shopping at Home Depot, helping with construction, pouring concrete, painting and spreading the word. We are so proud of them!
