First, you need to unscrew and remove the top cover of the blade housing. (Note: To avoid electrical hazards, check that the machine is unplugged before performing any troubleshooting.)

• Next, pull the plate out from behind the cartridge.

• In addition, remove the side cover. 

• Inspect the connection at the back of the motor.

• If the cable is loose, securely plug it back in.

• Attach the cable to the motor and reposition the cover.

• Now, disconnect and reconnect the other cables on the machine.

• Push the power button to check whether the issue is resolved.
