Voiceover: Noah went out of his house for some fresh— air.
A cartoon shows a night sky and pans down to show Noah, standing with his hands on his hips. The video briefly goes dark after the narrator says fresh. Noah turns around and begins to pet two large brown dogs who are sleeping.
[low banging noise]
[silence]
He is interrupted by the sound, the video pauses and becomes grayscale. Very faintly, the text, "type two, detectable," can be seen on top.
1:14
A photo of two blond children in front of a church is seen, it is presumably Mark and Sarah Heathcliff.
[tape switches]
[white noise]
[several beeps]
Each beep switches the text on screen.
At first, it says, in all caps, "Mandela Co. Crime Investigations 1992."
Then, it says, "Heathcliff V. [???] [questions marks]. Altercation Evidence Reel. Case # 00432."
Next it says, "Agency: Mandela Co. Police. Collector: Lt. Thatcher Davis. Item #: 017. Time: 03:21AM. Location: Mark Heathcliff's Bedroom. Desc: Personal Camcorder."
[white noise]
A recording shows two doors in a very dark room.
It then switches to a car driving down a highway. Mark parks on the side of the road and zooms in on a barely visible church in the distance.
Next, there is a shaky recording of the ground on uneven dirt. Footsteps can be heard alongside vague windy noises.
Then, Mark films the front of the church. He zooms out of the door and tilts the cameras up towards the towers before lowering it back down.
After that, Mark zooms in on a dark staircase leading down. It is windy.
Then, the two dark doors are seen once more.
Next, there is a shot of a window with a tree outside, numbers at the bottom right read, "'92 08 30," in LCD red lights.
After, there is a prolonged black screen with white noise until a flashlights flicks towards the two doors again.
Then, the door creaks open and Mark very loudly walks down the stairs. He moves the flashlight around a hallway.
Next is a shot of the church, a very bright light emitted from the enterance.
After that, it returns to a dark recording before the screen lights up to show a door. The camera is moved to show a television on the floor, which is playing "Ave Maria" by Alessandro Moreschi. A gray alien like figure begins to rise up into view and the video cuts in and out. The figure is looking to the right.
Then, the window is shown again, the photo is very blurry but a strange tall figure can be seen outside. The numbers have not changed.
It cuts back to text against a dark background, it says, "Remarks: Footage implies that Heathcliff has been paranoid for a prolonged period. Reasons are implied."
6:09
A cartoon of Noah's Ark is shown. Someone brushes away leaves and the distorted music grows louder as the camera zooms in on Noah. The video flickers between this cartoon and the previous cartoon of Mary and Joseph. Noah and a blonde woman looks behind them, surprised. The video pauses and becomes grayscale.
[silence]
6:37
Gabriel is seen, shrouded in shadows.
Distorted Voice: Why do you try to escape what you fear, Noah? You will be punished for resisting my message. You will bring another creature on the boat. You won't notice it at first, just wait Noah. Wait until you start to feel something. a change happening in your mind. You won't even realize it has taken form until you see it. When you see it, there is no return. It will give you a message. It will be your last message.

There is old whimsical music as a roman numeral clock is seen. In the center, it says, "The Death of Mark Heathcliff." The banners on top says, " Tempus Fugit / Amplecti Intuitum," which translates to, "Time Flies / Embrace Intuition." Underneath, it says, "Est. 1981. Revised 1990." The music stops and the video goes dark briefly before it shows up again. Now, it says, "United States Department of Temporal Phenomena," in the center.
["Battle Hymn of the Republic" plays:
Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord;
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the fateful lightning of his terrible swift sword:
His truth is marching on.

The logo now appears in the top left, along with the text, "USDTP."

The screen becomes blue and silent.
[The song continues:
—is marching on
I have seen him in the watch-fires of a hundred circling camps;
They have builded him an alter in the vening dews and damps;
I can read the righteous sentence by the dim and flaring lamps;
His day is marching on.
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
