NEW! Looking for your Red Card? Red Cards are now emailed directly to employees. Hard copy Red Cards are no longer distributed. Employees must verify their red cards are accurate upon receipt. Employees can also print or download their Red Card or Master Record by logging into their IQCS Responder Account. The North End - Malheur NF Training Plan has been updated for 2026. Timelines, processes, and forms were updated. The current version is the March 2026 version, and all previous versions are now obsolete. Please work through your chain of command if you have any questions or need assistance with any training or qualification requests.
