After spending a year editing videos, I dabbled a bit with scripted comedic videos. I eventually decided to begin working on a proper short film. This one was called, "The YouTube Algorithm", the story of a person being driven mad by uploading YouTube videos and was made with my friend Kyle. I then made another short film in early 2020 as apart of the Vista Foundation 48Hours Short Film competition called "The Cycle Of Jack". This film is about a man named Jack finding an intruder in his house. Another film I'm not too happy with today. I then decided to resume working on scripted comedic videos for a while, to work up my skills in writing and editing to make another short film.

My latest short film, "Epilogue", is the first film I'd made in years. Having learnt so much about Clipchamp (My video editor software) I decided to wrap up a story I had started back in November 2019. This film re-introduces the audience to "The Box". Viewers of the "Mackenzie H Live" channel back in 2020 will know what the box is. A blue box that holds a mysterious object. Along with it is the Alter-Ego from the same year. This film wraps up both of those storylines by serving as a conversation between the same person, four and a half years apart.

In early 2024, just shortly after moving to Ashburton with my wife, I started production on a feature documentary-like film about my journey on the internet. Towards mid-2024, I decided to pause production. I decided to keep most of the details about the film under wraps incase I decided to resume production.
