I got my first taste of proper stage acting in 2017 when I participated in my primary schools production of "History Rocks!". I played a small character with a few parts but still enjoyed every second. The next year in high school, once I had started my new YouTube channel, I recorded myself doing a voice over of the FNaF 1 phone guy calls. Wasn't a good video but these two events kickstarted my passion for both voice and physical acting.
Over the next few years, I did many voiceover videos for FNaF and the narration from The Stanley Parable. At the same time, I also was in drama class at high school. In 2020, I auditioned and got the part of a tram voice system in a game dev students VR project. That was quite exciting to be apart of. It was called Project Concrete. Unfortunately, you can no longer download it.
I didn't do anything major until 2021 after performing at my first open mic. I auditioned for a local production run by SuperBrain Productionz. I didn't get the part but the man running the auditions was impressed by my singing and saw some potential (I'm not being up my own ass. those were his words.) and offered me a free scholarship to their acting classes. I accepted and went to the classes until I left in mid 2022.
During the classes, I learnt a lot of skills to help my acting and also auditioned for the Playfest. The Playfest was a collection of 5 or 6 10-15 minute plays in one show. It ran for 4 nights and was a great time. I practiced my rolls for months and was really happy with how the performance went and was really proud of how my monologue was done.
I haven't done much since then. And before you ask, sadly no, I don't have any videos of the performances.
