First Week of Advent

As we prepare for Christmas, we do so with a reflective heart. We remember the story of Mary and Joseph and their journey to Bethlehem. We recall that Jesus was born in a stable and laid in a manger. With all of the excitement that this time of year brings, we often lose sight of how simple Jesus' birth was. The Advent season is an opportunity for us to remember the Holy Family and how they show us the way to a life of simplicity rooted in faith.
