One day my friend Suresh met with an accident. He was taken to a hospital. I visited hospital as soon as I came to know about the mishap.
My friend was in the accident ward of the hospital. I saw him lying in a bed. His left leg was in plaster. His ankle was bandaged. He was in pain. I cheered and comforted him. The doctor told me that the injuries were not serious. He said to me that Suresh would be discharged in three or four days. I felt relieved and left the ward after wishing Suresh a quick relief and speedy recover.
As I was leaving. I saw many patients groaning with pain and suffering from wounds. Some patients sitting and talking to their relatives who had come to see them.
I saw nurses and doctors attending to their patients. They looked like angels trying to heal and cure the patients. They brought hope and cheer to the suffering human beings.
As I left the hospital, my heart was full of gratitude for the doctors and nurses engaged in their mission of mercy.
