Regards to Speaker Michael Busch

Having been honored to have met Speaker Busch, I can safely say that there were aspects of his character and how he presented hiself that is very difficult to come by these days.

The winds of an era are starting to pass us by.

This is especially pertinent the State of Maryland. The figures of referent are of National level significance.

Just under a month ago, former Governor Harry Hughes passed.

A torch now has to be passed.

There must rise leaders, and, or leadership, to meet the challenge of what is no longer here in the form it used to be. Although attaining certain heights of leaders before us may be difficult, making the effort counts.
