Immediately many scholars know exactly, even from broad base some idea of what is being alluded to.
In case I cannot circle back to the subject in the near future [jotting down a few thoughts].
It might be the case that on a subject like this, one can never study enough to be officially 'ready' to start speaking on the subject.
If one were to have the time and invested interest in getting the project started, the project would in brief words, be a study group or body, using the help of technology, such as computers, sound recordings uploaded, photos of artifacts, and so on, of all the revealed books, every possible find of every word, phrase and so on of each, revelation.
The project would be pretty hefty. Given a statement, brief translation paraphrased, 'at one time.. said 88,000 and another time 124,000', and all had a 'book'.
The project could start off with 4 of the most popular today, Quran, Injeel, Torah, Zabur.
Starting with the first, the directory page each section would look something like a long horizontal bar graph, with hundreds or thousands of uploads, of each of the very first ayat, then within that a dropdown and expandable bar graph with each word; click on each one.
Each section, or link would contain, different recitations, different rules when reciting, photos of uploads of written forms from all over, from different eras, and translations from all languages found from different eras. [This has nothing to do with attempting to extract information that might not be in congruence to what is agreed on, Uthman codex, etc.; there is plenty afterward that easily consumes a project; see notes below.]
Try 200 languages translated for just one word.
Look at 2 frequent words transliterated, qul, and wa. These are popularly translated as 'say' and 'and', here in the English speaking world today, post year 1930. Albeit, these words are not limited to just those two translations. Moreover, the understandings of what 'say' and 'and' is, has meanings which may not be commonly used or understood. Discussions are abundant today, why say, qul, meaning say, when saying an ayat in prayer, or application?,- does such a discussion even need to be?.
All these are included in the project.
Here we are now, and it can be started, by some, wondering what were really the motives behind the destruction of certain sets of knowledge.
Rounding out for now, Yusuf Ali, translated the Quran into English around the 1920s, which was about 1300 or so years after it was revealed. Uthman codex came in, on Arabic after that 1300 years ago time frame, roughly speaking. How much do we, English speaking persons, really get out of what we read, compared to what is there?
Injeel--, it was explained in the book by one of the knights that served the Queen of England, that the word 'Bible' generally means set of books, and that 'The Bible' is a set of books within a bounded set of pages that comprises a singular 'book' in the sense as one item that can be tangibly picked up at a time. As we know, the 'Bible' has many translated versions. The project, would have Imhrac language, and so on.
A concise clear Quran in Arabic, bounded in one volume, post Uthman codex is nice to have, whereas, much work was done, to have all the other recitation subtleties written out in one standard form for everyone; so, a lot of the work in project, has already been done; having all those studies in the project, the reach.
This is not about dissention. Project findings made public, or limited access while underway, logins, and so on considered. Idea, is see the truth or truths, upon having thousands of resources at your fingertips, made possible by technology.
[Books like those written by Levi Dowling, and Otto Rank, yes, do have an impact on formulation of the concept; credited where credit is deserved. Numerous Arabic-Arabic dictionaries as well among them.]
Entities like the UN, and world policy affairs summits, -when it comes to, we are in on this policy move to sanction or ostracize another nation, what is the bottom line way down below, that really caused the scales to weigh down one over the over, to other [perhaps greedy] men today? Obviously, if in the depths of stoking reasons for conflict among men, is destruction of knowledge, then a reevaluation could be given a rationale.
