Let pure conscience complete that sentence-

United States law has already laid out provisions to preempt and address a number if not all aspects of what has been witnessed thus far; regarding the series of events referred to as impeachment, during 2019 and 2020. [Stated in that wording in case vacating is set forth.]

At this time, know an introductory level amount, of what some of them are, will not press the case, rather give the authorities involved the opportunity to put them in the forefront.

There is for example:

• Volition
  • in reference to who actually carried out a suggestion from someone else
• Sub rosa
  • As pertaining to law, and that some materials involved in international relations are more secret than others

Those who sit in the mezzanine, is figurative, and alludes to authorities and individuals with high level erudition about law, protocols, and international relations, who know immediately, that certain notions cannot exist in reality.

In the end, memories of the rifts that occurred amongst Americans, reference to Republicans and Democrats in the mid 1800s, after the Civil War, need not be, rather a peaceful solution that recognizes what legal instrument applies to what set of actions.

For clarity, impeachment at the Presidential level can be an extremely hurtful, especially a conviction of such; whereat, it is honorable not to hurt our elders; and perhaps there are solutions to arrive at the objective that both sides ultimately wish, and of course a combination of the checks and balances toward a higher goal, that does not need to involve hurt.
