Added a trash island north of Cornerside Cargo

Removed the modern chests from the Box Factory
These were dropping Fortnite Underground weapons, which are not in the current loot pool.
Fixed up parking lines across the island.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where location-based ambience was louder than intended.
Fixed an issue where various structures in Griffin's Glen were unintentionally indestructible.
Misc Changes
Increased the Draw Distance of the Outline Post Process
Distant regions of the Arena should no longer lack an outline.
