Thinking about my upcoming graduation from the MAET (Master of Arts in Educational Technology) program motivates me to consider my goals and plans moving forward. I have summarized three main goals: first, learn more about programming (coding) products. Second, discover more ways to integrate technology into the Chinese immersion classroom. Third, continue to be an YouTuber to help Chinese teachers by combining the knowledge learned in the MAET program with my teaching experience.

#1 Learn more about programming (coding) products.
My first goal is to learn more about programming (coding) products. CEP811 is a course that has greatly benefited me. I had heard of programming before, but in my inherent understanding, it was very difficult to comprehend, very high-end, and I didn't think first-grade students could grasp it, so I never tried. It wasn't until I took this course that I developed a great interest in programming and found joy in the exploration process. I believe that joy is the motivation for learning. For educators in the 21st century, it is very important to use technology in the classroom and encourage students to develop hands-on skills. Learners not only need to learn subject knowledge but also need to possess teamwork skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking. The process of discovering and solving problems presents new challenges for our students. The right programming products make all this possible. I chose the Lego Education Spike Prime Set as the research product. The reasons I want to learn more about it are: 1. I am interested; small successes make me very excited. 2. I firmly believe that technology is the future of education, and programming is the future of technology. It is beneficial for 21st-century students and teachers to acquire relevant knowledge and skills. 3. Students will acquire skills in activities that they cannot learn in a traditional classroom. This is my Iterative Creation Experience lesson plan, and when I want to design related classes in the future, I can modify the content of this text, which is very practical! I found that Lego Elementary School STEAM kits are excellent resources. They are suitable for younger students, easy to use, and reasonably priced.
#2 Discover more ways to integrate technology into the Chinese immersion classroom.
My second goal is to discover more ways to integrate technology into the Chinese immersion classroom. This shouldn't be considered a future goal, as I have been trying all along, but "learning is endless," and I look forward to one day confidently sharing my experiences with others. I believe that integrating technology into traditional classrooms is necessary. First of all, under the current teaching conditions, each class has fixed teaching goals and tasks that need to be completed. As a teacher with seven years of experience, I sometimes find teaching boring. Even the same content taught in a different way can increase the fun of teaching, and students also enjoy it. I tried using Wordwall to improve Chinese lessons. Secondly, using technology can reduce the workload of teachers. During online classes, I used Flipgrid, Padlet, Seesaw, and other software as teaching evaluation tools, making teaching more efficient. In the physical classroom, I also use Wordwall, Class Dojo to help complete teaching tasks, making classes much easier. Finally, since the Chinese program cannot use English, many English materials are not usable. I look forward to discovering and exploring more technology products suitable for Chinese classrooms. This article talks about multiple ways to integrate technology in Chinese class.

#3 Continue to be an YouTuber to help Chinese teachers by combining the knowledge learned in the MAET program with my teaching experience.
As a teacher and YouTuber, I hope to help Chinese teachers around the world by combining the knowledge learned in the MAET program with my teaching experience. Being an YouTuber is very fulfilling but also very stressful. How to explain and provide practical classroom advice in Chinese in an easy-to-understand manner will be the focus of my channel going forward. These courses can help me produce more valuable and meaningful content. These courses repeatedly mentioned TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge), and this model constantly makes me think about how to integrate technology into Chinese classrooms, achieving the integration of technological knowledge, content knowledge, and pedagogical knowledge. For example, in this video, I conducted an interesting TPACK experiment: making a sandwich with a knife, a plate, jam, and butter. I didn't use the right tools (a small knife or spoon) to spread the jam, which made the process very cumbersome. This is similar to not using the appropriate technological tools in teaching. Good technology isn't about being fancy, but about being practical. I want to introduce more valuable theories and resources like this on my channel to benefit both teachers and students.
