About Us

The Road Crime Team (RCT) is a smaller team focused more on targeting individuals. They handle road related intelligence submissions from all police workstreams, then develop on it with the aim of executing warrants, imprisonment, licence bans, and seizing or scrapping vehicles to disrupt road crime.

Our Priorities

• Gather and develop intelligence

• Targeting serious prolific traffic offenders

• Intercepting vehicles linked to drug or firearm offences

• Work in collaboration with other policing units to disrupt crime, including OCG's
