About Me

I decided to study engineering because I've loved taking things apart and seeing how they work, as well as learning about how technology can help humanity learn about the world and universe around us as long as I can remember. I ended up learning about engineering throughout middle and high school through my school's FIRST robotics team-- the InFALAbles. In my three and a half years of being a part of the InFALAbles, I fell in love with engineering and eventually decided that I wanted to study it in college.

I specifically chose electrical engineering for the versatility of the field, how relevant it is in our world today, and it's a necessity in the career I want to pursue. I am currently a Master of Science student in Electrical Engineering working with Julie Heynssens and Bertrand Cambou in the NAU Cyber Security Lab.

I also dabble in digital and traditional art, and play piano and (some) guitar. Music and art have been therapeutic creative outlets for me and have helped me exercise my creativity in different ways.
