By the end of this session, learners will be able to:
Identify and explain the five key components of an argumentative essay: claim, supporting reasons, evidence/examples, counterargument, and conclusion.
Develop a strong claim (thesis statement) on a given or chosen topic.
Construct three coherent body paragraphs, each presenting a reason, supporting details, and evidence.
Write a complete argumentative essay including an introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion.
Submit the final essay via Padlet for review and reflection.
