Russ Mills Orchestra

When WW2 ended in 1945 Russ Mills re-assembled the old Bob Wybrow band and took over as leader. In the fall of 1945 Hotel London engaged the band and they continued to play there for the remainder of 1945 and 1946. The band was very successful and its members were the leading local big band musicians of the time.

The band ended however in 1948 when Russ Mills was transferred to work in Sarnia.
