My D&D Character

Regarding the DnD character I made in D&D Beyond, I made a standard character. I've been wanting to make a DnD character for quite awhile now but I never got around to it. I've always wanted to be a Druid but with how deep they are within magic and transforming, I thought it wasn't quite what I wanted and went with Ranger instead due to their involvement with nature but being grounded within natural society as well. I wanted to be part elf and part human to be part of both worlds and I saw that the character type is somewhat secluded to both societies which I found interesting. Many of the backgrounds didn't click with the character I had in mind so I went for Acolyte to fit the kind-natured character I was going for. Zelpisys was a name I looked at in a name generator it offered and it grew onto me very quickly.  I did base the character off myself a good majority, somewhat of a self-insert but not too much to keep with the new system I wasn't used to. I enjoyed getting to learn more about DnD and hopefully I'll be able to build more onto this in the future!
