Search Orders for 'Epidurals in Maternity'

Signing for first LDM top-up with midwife

(If the midwife does not have a co-sign account, you can sign as the 'Witnessed by' using your Explicit Login credentials and add a comment that you administered the first epidural top-up.)

Signing for a labour spinal 

Same as for signing for top-up but in ‘Comment’ section – specify dose was given intrathecally via spinal needle

Anaesthetic Follow-Up

Adding the patient to the obs anaes follow up list

Nb. to delete a patient from the list - right click and select remove patient 

Adding the obs anaes follow-up list to your profile

To create an Anaesthetic Note

Please use ‘Blank Note’ and rename appropriately (plus please record in handover book if pt needs any further anaesthetic input/review
