Pork Order Form

We are excited to offer pork options for the first time (scroll to the bottom for the order form!) We didn't arrive at this decision lightly, but ultimately believe it is an important part of us reaching our goals of producing some of the most ecologically beneficial calories.

We raised Red Wattle pigs this last year, a heritage breed that does well on pasture and they got almost the entirety of their diet from these sources:

1. Our pasture. Rotated every two weeks. 

2. Organic Hog Feed from cashton organics

3. Vegetable scraps from the farm! 

4. Spent grain "mash" from Driftless Glenn Distillery in Baraboo

To encourage eating the whole animal we are offering the best value for our beef in bundles or as part of an add-on to the CSA. Each bundle is 10 lbs or a little more and will include at least one package of bacon, a shoulder roast, a pork steak, and pork chops.  Cost of each bundle is $90.

We offer three ways to receive your product.

1.  (no extra charge) Pickup at the Farm

• Just let us know when you plan to stop by so we can make sure someone is here! 

2.  (no extra charge) Pickup at 325 Russell Street, Madison, WI

• Just let us know some times you would be able to pick up (with at least a few days notice) and we will confirm a three hour window that works for you pick up your order.

3. ($5 extra) Home Delivery to Sauk/Dane County

• Let us know some times you would be able to accept delivery. Due to the need to keep the meat cold, we require that either someone is present to receive the delivery or you provide a cooler with ice or ice packs for us to leave your order.
